摘要
油纸绝缘材料发生老化现象时,往往会引起固体绝缘纸板材料中含水量增加及绝缘系统电介质响应特性改变。若对其进行回复电压测量,会表现出峰值升高、起始斜率增大以及峰值时间缩短等定性特征。为了进一步量化油纸绝缘老化现象与回复电压之间的关系,在介绍回复电压法基本原理的基础上,针对实验室内不同老化程度和不同含水量的油纸绝缘系统进行了回复电压试验,并结合现场实测经验,提出了基于回复电压的油纸绝缘老化状态评估方法。结果表明,油纸绝缘老化或受潮会显著降低其极化谱的主时间常数,绝缘固体材料的含水量与主时间常数的对数之间存在定量关系,利用主时间常数可以有效评估油纸绝缘的老化状态。
Aging of oil-paper insulation materials leads to an substantial increase of the water content in the solid insulation and changes of the dielectric response characteristics.If return voltage measurement(RVM) is performed on the ageing insula-tion system,some qualitative features i.e.,higher peak value,greater initial slope and longer peak time can be found.On the basis of the introduction of the basic theory of dielectric resp-onse,some oil-paper samples are measured by RVM under different ageing and moisture states to identify the relationship between the oil-paper insulation ageing condition and RVM.The results show that the dominant time constant decreases significantly when oil-paper insulation gets aged or moistened,and there is a quantitative relationship between the moisture in the solid insulation and the dominant time constant,and the aging condition of the oil-paper insulation can be effectively diagnosed by making use of the dominant time constant.
