摘要
本论文研究了发酵增效剂对乙醇发酵的影响。结果表明:在三角瓶中添加不同浓度的发酵增效剂,有助于提高乙醇产量。糖化醪中发酵增效剂浓度为0.500g/L时,酒精度平均值为10.96(v/v%),比空白组酒精度提高15.5%,统计结果表明空白组和实验组之间存在极显著差别。
Abstract:The effects of fermentation promoter on alcohol fermentation have been studied in this paper.The results showed that it could improve the alcohol yield when different concentrations of fermentation promoters were added to the fermentation bottles.The mean value of alcoholic strength is 10.96(v/v %) when the concentration of promoters in saccharification mash is 0.500g/L,and it's 15.5% higher than that in blank group.The statistical results show that there is extremely significant difference between the experimental group and the blank group.
