摘要
以盐酸为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用溶液聚合,合成了片状结构的聚对苯二胺。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TGA/DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对产物的结构、结晶性、热稳定性和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所得的聚对苯二胺纳米片具有一定的结晶性和良好的热稳定性,聚对苯二胺的形貌与n(HCl)∶n(p-PDA)的比例有关,当n(HCl)∶n(p-PDA)=0.8时最易形成片状纳米聚对苯二胺。讨论了聚对苯二胺纳米片可能的形成机理。
Poly(p-phenylenediamine)(PpPD) nanosheets were synthesized by solution polymerization with HCl as the dopant acid and ammonium peroxydisulfate(APS) as oxidant.The macromolecular structure,crystallinity,thermal stability and morphology of the as-prepared product were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimetry(TGA/DSC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results reveal that the product is partly crystal and exhibits good thermal stability,and the morphology of PpPD is significantly affected by the n(HCl):n(p-PDA) ratio and when the ratio is equal to 0.8,the formation probability of PpPD nanosheets is highest.The possible formation mechanism of PpPD nanosheets is also discussed.
