摘要
现代西方教育文化中的最高价值是"自由",而中国传统教育文化和中国现代教育文化中的最高价值则是"崇高"。在中国传统教育文化和现代教育文化中,"崇高"追求有着不同的具体表现,其中有人性、生存状况、对待人性的态度等方面的原因。在未来中国,"崇高"值得作为最高价值来传递,但其具体内涵需要更新,应该包括如下内涵:所有人都得到基本的尊重;素质高而受人尊崇和推重;贡献大而受人尊崇和推重。
The highest value in modern Western educational culture is 'liberty',while the highest value in traditional and modern educational culture of China is 'loftiness'.In both traditional and modern educational culture in China,people's pursuit of 'loftiness' displays different manifestations,among the reasons of which are that of human nature,of people's subsistence states and of their attitudes towards human nature.In the future in China,'loftiness' will be worth transmitting as the highest value,but its concrete connotations will need to be renewed and should include the following implications: all people enjoy basic esteem;everybody is respected for their high qualities;every one is revered for their great contributions.
