摘要
从受有机磷农药污染的土壤中驯化筛选出3株能够降解敌百虫的菌株MD-1、MD-2、MD-3,经初步鉴定分别为假单孢菌属、节杆菌属和青霉菌属。本课题拟对单一菌株以及各种不同组合复合体系之间的降解特性差异进行对比研究。实验结果表明:在一定条件下,复合体系的降解效率通常高于单一降解菌。但是如果复合体系存在拮抗作用的时候,复合体系降解效率可能比单一菌株的降解效率还要低。
We got three Trichlorphon-degrading Bacterial Strains named Pseudomonas, Arthrobacter and Penicillium respectively that can degrade trichlorphon, from the organophosphorus-polluted soil.This study tried to contrast the differences of the ability of degradation between a single strain and the complex system of various strains' combination. The conclusion shows the degradation efficiency of complex system is generally higher than the single one. However, the opposite situation may happen when strains in the multiplexed system have an antagonism.
