摘要
目的评价医院抗抑郁药的应用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2008～2010年抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等数据进行统计、分析。结果各年度抗抑郁药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额排序前3位的是分别是帕罗西汀、氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛、舍曲林,用药频度排序前3位的是氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛、帕罗西汀、舍曲林。结论选择性5-羟色胺(5-HT)再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)类抗抑郁药的应用占主导地位,复合制剂型抗抑郁药应用前景广阔。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the utilization of antidepressant drugs in our hospital.Methods The amount of DDDs,average daily costs(DDC) and other data were analyzed.Results The amount of the annual sales of antidepressants increased year by year,and the amount of sales ranked top 3 was paroxetine,flupentixol/melitracen and sertraline.DDDs ranked top 3 was flupentixol/melitracen,paroxetine,and sertraline.Conclusion Selective serotonin(5-HT) re-uptake inhibitors(SSRIs) class of antidepressant drugs dominated the consumption and compound preparation-antidepressant has broad application prospects.
