摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果 ,达到早期诊断、及时治疗 ,降低病死率。方法 对 4 0例输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜检查 ,根据妊娠部位选择合适的手术方法 ,观察平均手术时间、平均出血量。结果 壶腹妊娠 31例 ,峡部妊娠 7例 ,伞部妊娠 2例 ,切除部分输卵管 1 8例 ,开窗术 2 0例 ,伞端切开 2例 ,术中无一例脏器损伤及并发症。结论 腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠具有手术时间短、术中出血少。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy operation in treating ovaduct pregnancy,in order to achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment and decrease the mortality.Methods To conduct laparoscopy on 40 cases,and choose the proper operation methods according to pregnancy location and observe the mean operation time,mean bleeding quantity.Results Ampullar pregnancy 31 cases,isthmic pregnancy 7 cases, parachute part pregnancy 2 cases, partial remove of ovaduct 18 cases,open window operation 20 cases,parachute cut 2 cases, no any organ damage and complications during operation.Conclusion Laparoscopy treating ovaduct pregnancy has characteristics of operation time short, less bleeding and quick recovery.
