低灌注与栓塞在缺血性脑血管病发病中的作用 被引量：8

摘要 医学界对缺血性脑血管病的发病机制的探究从未停歇。低灌注学说在过去相当长的时期占据统治地位。随着现代医学技术的不断进步,特别是经颅多普勒超声及微栓子检测技术的诞生,使动脉-动脉栓塞机制被广泛接受。而目前,多因素协同作用理论成为主流。近年来,大量临床研究对缺血性卒中及TIA的发病机制进行了更深入的探讨和验证,在此作一综述。
