摘要
研制了一套电子油门踏板性能在线快速检测装置,该检测装置可对踏板传感器输出特性和机械特性进行高精度测试.采用伺服运动全闭环控制方法,实现对踏板转动速度和踏板行程的精确控制.采用多线程数据处理方式,提高检测效率.评定结果表明,该检测装置的重复性和复现性均符合测量系统分析(MSA)的要求,满足电子油门踏板在线检测的要求.
An on-line detection device for the performance testing of electronic accelerator pedals was develvped,which could accurately detect the functional characteristic of electronic accelerator pedal sensors and their mechanical force.Using closed-loop servo motion control,the device achieved precise control of the pedal's rotational speed and pedal stroke.Using multi-threaded data processing methods,the testing efficiency was improved.The evaluation results show that the repeatability and reproducibility of the test device complies with the requirements of measurement systems analysis(MSA) and meets the requirements of electronic accelerator pedal on-line testing.
