摘要
目的 综述国内外关于飞行人员高血压病危险因素的研究进展. 资料来源与选择 国内外公开发表的相关学术论文及研究报告. 资料引用 引用文献资料49篇. 资料综合 飞行人员中普遍存在肥胖、饮酒、吸烟及精神紧张等问题,同时飞行相关的正加速度(+Gz)暴露、噪声、振动及缺氧等特殊环境的危险因素也是导致高血压病发生的重要因素. 结论 高血压病是由多种复杂危险因素综合作用产生的疾病.更好地认识这些危险因素,有助于做好飞行人员的航空卫生保障工作,有效保障飞行部队的战斗力.
Objective To summarize research progress on the risk factors of hypertensive disease in flying personnel in the world.Literature resource and selection Relevant papers and reviews published at home and abroad.Literature quotation Forty-nine references were cited.Literature synthesis Not only the cases such as obesity,alcohol,smoking and mental strain generally existed in flying personnel,but also the special environmental risk factors in flight such as positive acceleration,noise,vibration and hypoxia were both playing important roles in the occurrence of hypertensive disease.Conclusion Hypertensive disease is induced by many kinds of complicated risk factors.Recognition of these risk factors will conduce to aeromedical support and effectively ensure the combat capacity of airforce.
