摘要
以淀粉、丙烯酸、高岭土为主要原料,采用复合引发体系过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂制备了高吸水复合材料,主要考察了物料配比、引发剂用量及配比、反应温度等因素对产物吸液性能的影响。复合吸水材料制备的较佳工艺条件为:m(AA)∶m(starch)∶m(kaolin)=6∶1∶0.3,丙烯酸的中和度为75%,m(initiator)∶m(starch)=0.015,其中n[NaHSO3]∶n[(NH4)2S2O8]=3,m(MBA)∶m(AA)=0.001,温度85℃。在此条件下,合成的高吸水材料吸蒸馏水倍率为607g/g,吸生理盐水倍率为65g/g。
A super absorbent resin was synthesized using starch,kaolin and acrylic acid,(NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3,MBA.The influences of material ratio,reaction temperature and time on the water absorption of the resin was studied.The optimal conditions are as follows: m(AA)∶m(starch)∶ m(kaolin)=6∶1∶0.3,neutralizing degree of monomer is 75%,m(initiator)∶m(starch)=0.015,n[NaHSO3]∶n[(NH4)2S2O8]=3,m(MBA)∶m(AA)=0.001,85 ℃.Under these conditions,the obtained product′s water absorbency and salt solution absorbency are 607 and 65 g/g,respectively.
