摘要
大学生个体社会化是青年社会化的末期,该时期的社会化是为他们进入成人社会作各方面的准备。大学时期的个体社会化具有个性和世界观接近定型、主动选择社会化内容、获得自我认同和面临理想与现实的矛盾等特点。该时期个体在心理和思想上的变化是个体社会化过程中面临的最大挑战,陪伴个体度过大学四年的朋辈群体是个体情感和心灵上最好的寄托和安慰,也是个体思想和行动上最为有效的促进者和影响者,他们无论在社会价值观、未来社会角色的选择方面,还是在社会文化认同、社会资本积累方面,对大学时期个体社会化都起着不可或缺的作用,是个体人生发展中极为关键和重要的一个影响因素。
Individual socialization of college students is the end of the socialization of young people.In the period,students prepare for them to enter adult society.Individual socialization of the college students is featured with students' personality and worldview formation,active choice of the socialization content,access to self-identification and facing a conflict between the ideal and the reality.The peer groups accompanying the individual for four years are the best emotional and spiritual comforts to the students and also the most effective facilitator and influencers on the individual thought and action.They play a very critical and an important role in the life of each college student.
