摘要
合成高效油溶性降粘剂SDG-3,室内降粘率均在50%以上。在塔河油田超稠油井TH12112CH井应用SDG-3,油井平稳正常生产,油压、套压、井温都保持在稳定、正常范围之内,且日产液量和日产油量均有增加,掺稀量减少,掺稀比从0.98降低至0.53,掺稀比平均降低幅度达42.4%。试验成功。
we synthesized oil soluble viscosity breaker SDG-3 in lab and tasted its property which can decrease viscosity for 50%.Applied SDG-3 in Tahe super heavy oil well TH12112CH,we found the well production parameters kept in normal range,mass production and oil production level increased,but dilute oil which used to produce heavy oil decreased.The ratio of dilute oil and heavy oil decreases from 0.98 to 0.54,which decrease 42.4% for average.The application was very successful.
