打好"信息战",就是要充分利用各类信息资源,探索网上作战的战法,提高信息化条件下预防和打击犯罪的水平,迎接刑事犯罪新挑战,满足法治建设对公安工作的新要求和人民群众新期待。
With the development of information technology,information strategies used in criminal investigation are playing a more and more important role in dealing with criminal cases.To meet the challenge brought by the information era and tackle the problems of law enforcement,the police should explore more intelligence analysis tools and information tactics to identify the criminals by analyzing the data of information resources.
