摘要
讨论广义光污染的内涵与外延,阐述其眩光污染、射线污染、光滥用、视单调、色彩失衡、视线屏蔽和频闪效应等表现特点,探讨在城市灯光环境规划中防止广义光污染的对策.广义光污染概念的提出,为"以人为本"的设计理念在城市灯光景观的应用提供了新的技术标准.
We put forward in this paper a new conception of light pollution——the generalized light pollution for expressing the light pollution completely. This new conception includes some expressions and properties such as glare of light,radiating pollution, light overflow, visual humdrum, color unbalance, visual defilade and frequency coruscate. Based on this conception, some countermeasures applied to urban light environment planning are presented. Also, the new conception proposes a new technical standard for unbar light landscape planning and design.
