摘要
现有服务型政府绩效评价体系局限于对政府单一职能部门进行绩效评价,缺乏按职能部门分类的综合评价。依据模糊数学原理建立的服务型政府模糊综合绩效评价方法能够弥补原有评价体系的不足,从系统科学的角度对服务型政府进行绩效评价。
The existing service-oriented government performance evaluation systems are limited in the evaluation the single department performance of the government,neglect the comprehensive evaluation the government performance by classifying the government departments.We use the theory of fuzzy mathematics to established a new fuzzy comprehensive method of evaluate the performance of the service-oriented government,which could cover the shortages of the existing evaluation systems and evaluate the government performance in the perspective of systematic science.
