摘要
传统高校档案工作主要收集整理各类文档,对外服务面也非常有限。在新形势下,高校档案应努力向知识管理转型,发掘档案的知识功能,"盘活"档案,主动走出去为一线教学科研服务,拓展档案知识的育人功能,直接参与人才培育工作。要实现档案管理的提升与功能的转变,高校档案部门应建设学习型组织,加强档案信息资源整合,加强网络等新技术引进应用。
Traditionally,colleges focused their archive work on the collection and arrangement of various archives,and they seldom offered service outside the campus.Under the new circumstances,colleges' archive staff is supposed to shift its focus to knowledge management,develop the archives' knowledge function,offer service for education and research,expand the education function of archives and participate in the work of personnel training.To upgrade the archive management and to change the archive functions,the archive departments of colleges should set up learning-style organization,and strengthen the integration of archive information and the application of new technology.
