摘要
本文从目前水电站调速系统出厂试验的不完整性开始讨论,提出了在调速系统控制器内部嵌入水轮机及发电机仿真模型,与调速设备组成闭环系统,来实现出厂前系统的动态模拟试验。文章提出了建立控制对象数字模型的方法,给出了具体实现策略,并联合仿真模型进行了详细的机组开机、扰动、甩负荷等动态调节试验。文章认为该技术简单、实用、通用性强,能进一步提高系统的性能及可靠性,具有较强的推广应用价值。
This paper discuses the imperfect manufacture test of the hydropower turbine governor system,brings forward the idea of embedding the turbine and generator model into the governor controller and then making them into a closed loop system to realize the dynamic simulating experiment of the equipment for their acceptance test.The paper raises the digit model building method of the control object,and advances the specific actualizing strategy,then carries out circumstantial tests including the starting,disturbing,load rejecting and other dynamic regulating experiment.We think this technology is simple while practical,and will effectively improve the reliability and capability of the system which worth wildly implicating and popularizing.
