摘要
通过对垃圾热解和燃烧过程的动力学基本方程的推导,提出了一种垃圾综合燃烧模型。根据此模型,利用已公认的活化能及频率因子,得到相应的垃圾燃烧特性曲线。比较利用综合燃烧模型计算出的垃圾燃烧特性曲线与垃圾试验燃烧特性曲线可以看出,对于相同的试验样品,试验值和计算值吻合较好,表明此模型能准确反映实际燃烧情况,可为垃圾燃烧过程数值计算和垃圾实际工程设计提供指导。
By derivation of basic equations for waste pyrolysis and combustion dynamics,an integrated model for waste incineration was proposed.According to the new model,the corresponding waste incineration characteristic curves were obtained,by using the widely acknowledged activation energy and frequency factor.The waste incineration characteristic curve calculated by the integrated model and that measured by the incineration test were compared.The results showed that,for the same test sample,its test results agreed well with the calculation results,indicating this integrated model can provide guidance for numerical calculation and practical engineering for waste incineration.
