摘要
提出了煤粉燃烧数值计算中煤粉的等燃尽率与等燃烧速度当量直径及其计算方法。运用燃煤锅炉煤粉射流的一维燃烧模型,将符合Rosin-Rammler分布的煤粉颗粒群的燃尽过程作为比较基准,对直径分别为等燃尽率当量直径、等燃烧速度当量直径以及"几何"平均直径的几种单一粒径的煤粉颗粒群在多种燃烧条件下进行了燃烧计算。通过对相同燃烧条件下燃尽率曲线的比较,得出了煤粉燃烧数值计算中煤粉当量直径的最佳计算方法,即采用直径为等燃尽率当量直径的单一粒径颗粒群时,在整个燃烧过程中,燃尽率与分布式粒径的煤粉颗粒群的计算结果十分接近。将等燃尽率当量直径运用在研究或实际运行工作中,有利于减轻煤粉燃烧计算工作量及及时分析煤粉的燃烧情况。
The average diameter of equal burning speed and equal burn out rate of pulverized coal and their calculation method in numerical simulation of pulverized coal combustion were presented.The one dimensional combustion model of pulverized coal jet was applied to conduct calculation for coal particles with single diameter which equaled to the equal burn out rate average diameter,the equal burning rate average diameter and geometric average diameter respectively under various conditions,using the burn out process of coal particles which in accordance with Rosin-Rammler distribution as the comparison baseline.By comparison of burn out curves under the same condition,the optimal calculation method for average coal diameter was obtained.When using the equal burn out rate average diameter as the particle's single diameter,the burn out rate was very close to the calculation result of coal particles with distributed diameters during the whole combustion.Applying the equal burn out rate average diameter in the research and actual operation has significant meaning of easing off the combustion calculation and analyzing the combustion situation timely.
