摘要
首台国产低温多效海水淡化(LTMED)设备投运初期出现结垢严重、造水比低、产水量逐渐减少的现象。分析表明,系统结垢主要由蒸汽热压缩器设计的引射系数偏大使减温水量偏小,抽汽量偏大造成造水比设计值偏大,以及海水喷嘴存在堵塞,布水不均匀所致。通过酸洗除垢、清洗喷嘴、调整减温水量等措施,使产水量和造水比得以恢复,且经过半年的长期运行,未发现结垢。
Such phenomena as serious scaling,low performance ratio and gradually decreased water yield occurred during initial operation of the first domestic low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination(LTMED)equipment.By recalculating the operation parameters,it found that the too large designed injection coefficient of steam compressor caused the small amount of desuperheating water,and over high temperature of steam entered the first effect,so the scaling occurred.Too large amount of steam extraction led to larger performance ratio.Besides,blocking in sea water nozzle and uneven water distribution were also important reasons for the system scaling.After several measurements were taken,like pickling and descaling,cleaning the nozzle,adjusting the desuperheating water and so on,the water yield and performance ratio were recovered.Furthermore,after six months’running,no scaling occurred again.
