摘要
针对深部沿空留巷软岩底板大变形控制难题,通过理论研究建立了充填体承载力学结构模型。研究认为:大结构的运动以"给定变形"的方式进行控制,沿空留巷巷旁充填体要具有一定可缩性与切顶强度,可采取"补偿机制",充分利用顶板煤体及软岩、底板软岩、预留变形等让压控制方法,维持沿空留巷整体结构稳定;底板同时承受高水平应力及压膜效应顶板载荷传递作用产生了充填体在软岩底板中的下陷及底鼓特征,且充填体承压偏载,实体煤帮与充填体两侧同样呈偏载特征,深部软岩底板沿空留巷底鼓呈分区特征,因留巷两帮载荷集度不同,底鼓呈现一定的偏态特征。
In view of large deformation control problems of soft rock floor of deep roadway along goaf,this paper establishes the filling load structure model based on theoretical study.The study shows that structural movement can only be controlled by 'given deformation' way and gob-side entry retaining roadside packing must be retractable and with cutting roof strength,furthermore 'compensation mechanism' can be applied and making full use of some pressure control methods,such as roof coal and soft rock,soft floor and reserved deformation to maintain the stability of the structure;meanwhile floor standing high horizontal stress and filling body pressure effect of roof load transferring causes subsidence of the filling body and the floor heave,also the bearing partial load;the entity coal and filling body shows partial load characteristic of roadway both sides,the floor drum appears zoning characteristic of deep soft floor roadway along goaf and floor drum has certain skew characteristics because load collection degree is different.
