摘要
目的探讨参芎葡萄糖与低分子肝素钙联用治疗老年进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将92例老年进展型脑梗死患者随机抽样分为2组,2组均予常规治疗。对照组46例予参芎葡萄糖100ml,每日1次静脉滴注,连续14d;治疗组在对照组基础上联用低分子肝素钙,每次0.5ml,每日2次腹壁脐周皮下注射,连续10d。于治疗前和治疗第3、7、14、28天分别进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗第7、14、28天神经功能缺损评分明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与同期对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖与低分子肝素钙联用治疗老年进展性脑梗死可有效终止病情进展,改善神经功能缺损,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenxiong glucose integrated with low-molecular heparin calcium injection on progressive cerebral infarction in elderly patients. Methods Ninety-two patients with progressive cerebral infarction in elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups. 2 groups of patients were given routine treatment. 46 patients in control group, on the basis of routine treatment, were treated by Shenxiong glucose injection 100 ml once a day, with a treatment course of 14 days. The other 48 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated by low-molecular heparin calcium 0.5 ml once, twice a day, with a treatment course of 10 days. The scoring of nervous function defect before treatment and on the 3rd,7th,14th,28th day after treatment were conducted, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups. Results The scorings of nervous function defect in treatment group on the 7th,14th,28th day after treatment were significantly decreased, compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01).So did with those of control group(P< 0.01). The therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group, there were significantly differences in total rate between treatment group and control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The Shenxiong glucose integrated with low-molecular heparin calcium injection is effective in treating progressive cerebral infarction in elderly patients, which can delay the progression of state of illness effectively, improve nervous function defect and enhance therapeutic effect.
