摘要
目的对复方定心汤抗炎作用及镇痛作用进行初步探索。方法分别采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法观察复方定心汤的抗炎及镇痛作用。结果复方定心汤对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀及醋酸所致扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。结论复方定心汤具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用,值得深入研究。
Objective To study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Complex Mappianthus iodoides Hand.-Mazz.Extractive.Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Complex Mappianthus iodoides Hand.-Mazz.Extractive were observed by means of dimethylbenzene inducing ears edema model,acetic acid writhing test.Results Complex Mappianthus iodoides Hand.-Mazz.Extractive can significantly inhibit mice′s inflammation caused by xylene and inhibited writhing.Conclusion Complex Mappianthus iodoides Hand.-Mazz.Extractive have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,so it is worthy of further investigation.
