高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液用于创伤性脑损伤脑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液(HSH40)治疗创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的疗效及安全性。方法把60例TBI患者分为观察组与对照组,在综合治疗基础上,分别加用HSH40和20%甘露醇。测定并比较两组的各研究指标间的差异。结果在给药后,观察组患者在颅内压(ICP)、血浆渗透压、平均动脉压(MAP)、脑灌注压(CPP)、血清Na+浓度及肾功能等指标方面较对照组有更积极表现。结论 HSH40治疗TBI后脑水肿效果确切且较为安全,降低ICP效果优于20%甘露醇且作用时间长,并可同时提高CPP,且少有肾功能损害等毒副作用发生。 Objective To analyze the effects and the safety of 40 hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch injection(HSH40) on brain edema induced by traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods 60 patients with TBI were in the study,and randomly divided into two groups.All of both were taken by combined treatment.The treatment group was added the HSH40 beside combined therapy;the control group was treated with 20% mannitol.The relevant indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The intracranial pressure(ICP),plasma osmotic pressure,mean arterial pressure(MAP),cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP),serum Na + concentrations,renal function of the treatment group were more positive than the ones of control group.Conclusion It can get a satisfactory effect to use HSH40 in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.
