摘要
压疮不仅易导致严重并发症,甚至可能危及患者生命,所以必须加强压疮的护理管理,特别是要做好院前压疮护理管理,使院前压疮患者入院后得到及时治疗。本文从建立和完善院前压疮护理上报制度等方面,阐述责任制整体护理在院前压疮护理中的应用与实践。
Bedsore is not only easy to cause serious complications,and may even endanger the patient life,therefore we must strengthen bedsore nursing management,especially make preparation the court of bedsore nursing management,and make prehospital bedsore patients receive timely after admission control and treatment.The application and practice of responsibility overall nursing system in prehospital bedsore nursing is explored from the aspects,induding bedsore nursing report prehospital establishment and prefection.
