摘要
做好一名高中语文研训教师应具有几种基本能力。首先是具有研究教材的能力,要做教师"教什么"的引领者;第二是能够针对教师的教学进行评课指导,要做教师"怎么教"的辅导者;第三是要具有一定的测试分析能力,要做教学成果的检测者与高考信息的传递者。
A good high school Chinese teaching and research staffer should possess some basic abilities.First,he should own the ability to do research on the textbooks to lead ordinary teachers in terms of 'what to teach'.Second,he is capable of commenting on ordinary teachers' teaching to guide teachers with regard to 'how to teach'.Third,he must have the ability of test analysis to examine teaching results and to pass information on college entrance examination.
