摘要
目的观察睑板腺功能障碍性相关性干眼症综合治疗的疗效。方法回顾研究我院门诊诊治的165例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者的临床与诊治资料。依据泪膜破裂时间(BuT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer试验)、泪河高度、睑板腺功能检查(MGD评分)、角膜染色以及干眼症状评分等方法明确睑板腺功能障碍与干眼症的相关关系。结果针对睑板腺局部治疗后患者干眼的临床症状与各项试验结果均有明显改善。结论 MGD评分可快速确诊睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症,对于脂质缺乏型干眼,单纯补充人工泪液的方法并不能有效的改善症状,需同时合并睑板腺的局部治疗,才能有效治疗这类干眼症。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dry eye syndrome in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Methods A retrospective study on the clinical information of 165 patients with MGD.Tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer's test,tear meniscus height,Meibomian gland function check(MGD score),corneal staining and dry eye symptom score were measured to examine the relationship between MGD and dry eye syndrome.Result Clinical symptoms and all the test results were improved significantly.Conclusion MGD score can diagnose dry eye syndrome in MGD patients.Simple treatment with artificial tears cannot improve the symptoms without combination with local treatment on meibomian gland.
