摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区男男性接触者(MSM)异性性行为特征及HIV/梅毒感染水平。方法采用滚雪球的方法招募研究对象,通过问卷对男男性接触者进行异性性行为调查。并采集血样进行HIV、梅毒检测。结果接受调查的男男性接触者中56.2%(566/1008)曾有过异性性行为,年龄小、学历高、未婚者居多。曾有过异性性行为的被调查者中61.8%(350/566)发生第一次性行为的对象是女性;56.7%(321/566)有女性固定性伴,55.3%(313/566)有女性临时性伴;与女性固定/临时性伴发生性关系时,每次都使用安全套的比例分别为29.3%(94/321)和24.3%(76/313);5.5%(31/566)曾专职为女性提供过商业性性服务。血清学检测结果显示:HIV感染率为6.0%(35/566),梅毒感染率为15.0%(85/566)。结论男男性接触者中异性性行为常见,安全套使用情况亟需提高,以减少性传播疾病向女性人群中扩散。
Objective To understand the characteristics of heterosexual behaviors and HIV/Syphilis infection among men who had sex with men(MSM) in Chaoyang District,Beijing.Methods Snowball sampling method was adopted to recruit the study participants and face to face interview was conducted to collect information on heterosexual behaviors.HIV and syphilis infection was detected by serological test.Results Of those 1008 MSM participated in the survey,56.2%(566/1008)had had heterosexual behaviors.61.8%(50/566)had their first sexual intercourse with a woman.56.7%(321/566) had female regular sexual partners and 55.3%(313/566)had female casual sexual partners.29.3%(94/321) MSM always used condom when they had intercourse with female regular sexual partner and 24.3%(76/313) did so when they had sexual intercourse with female casual sexual partner.5.5%(31/566)had had intercourse with a woman for money as a professional sex worker.The infection rate of HIV and syphilis was 6.0%(35/566)and 15.0%(85/566),respectively.Conclusions Heterosexual behaviors are common among MSM and improvement of condom use is urgently needed to reduce sexual transmitted diseases to female population.
