摘要
目的:建立青龙白虎利咽含片的质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对制剂中没食子酸的含量进行测定,采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对含片中青果进行定性鉴别。结果:高效液相色谱中,没食子酸在0.600μg～3.000μg范围内相关性良好,回收率为99.77%,薄层色谱法能检出含片中青果,具有良好的鉴别特征,阴性未见干扰。结论:本方法具有良好的专属性和重现性,能准确地对青龙白虎利咽含片进行定性鉴别和定量测定,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:The study was intended to establish the quality standard of Qinglongbaihu buccal tablets.Method:Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify Canarium album Raeusch and HPLC was applied to assay Gallic acid.Result:It showed a good linear relationship in determining Gallic acid at the range of 0.600 μg～3.000 μg,and the average recovery was 99.77%.Canarium album Raeusch can be identified by TLC without interference of negative samples.Conclusion:These methods can be used in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of Qinglongbaihu buccal tablets with good specificity,reproducibility and stability.
