摘要
以硫脲、苯甲醛、苯乙酮为原料,经曼尼希反应缩合,制备新型酸化缓蚀剂SK-17。采用正交试验,确定了最佳合成工艺条件:醛酮胺物质的量比为1.6∶1.2∶1,反应温度100℃,反应时间8 h,体系pH为2。采用静态腐蚀速度法对缓蚀剂SK-17进行评价,在SK-17加量1%,40℃和4 h下,N80钢片在15%盐酸和土酸(12%HCl+3%HF)中的腐蚀速率分别为1.020和0.875 g/(m2.h),说明SK-17具有优异的缓蚀性能。通过电化学方法检验,主剂是以抑制阳极腐蚀过程为主的酸化缓蚀剂。主剂在N80钢片上的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附,吸附是自发过程,且同时存在物理吸附和化学吸附。
A new acidizing inhibitor SK-17 was prepared with thiourea,benzaldehyde and acetophenone as the materials in Mannich condensation reaction.The optimum synthesis conditions were identified in orthogonal test: the molar ratio of aldehydes,ketones and amine is 1.6:1.2:1,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃,the reaction time is 8 h,and the pH value of system is 2.Inhibitor SK-17 was evaluated with static corrosion rate method.The corrosion rate of N80 sheet steel was 1.020 g/(m2·h) and 0.875 g/(m2·h) respectively when 1% inhibitor SK-17 was added,and 15% hydrochloric acid and mud acid(12% HCl+3% HF) were used respectively at 40 ℃ for 4 h,indicating that inhibitor SK-17 has excellent corrosion inhibiting performance.According to the results of electrochemical test,the main agent is an acidizing inhibitor which inhibits the corrosion of anode for the most part.The adsorption of the main agent by N80 sheet steel is a kind of Langmuir isothermal adsorption which is a spontaneous process,and both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption take place at the same time.
