摘要
高职院校建设校园文化要重视与中小企业文化的对接,使学生在学校里就能接受优秀企业文化的熏陶,毕业后就能更好地融入任职企业的企业文化和帮助不重视企业文化的中小企业建设企业文化,为企业的发展做出更大的贡献。
The enterprise culture to the enterprise and the campus culture to the academies are both very important for their sustainable development.Therefore,the higher vocational academies in Guangdong Province should pay more attention to the construction of campus culture if they want to cultivate high-quality talents.At the same time,the academies should pay attention to the culture butt with small & medium-sized enterprise culture in the construction of campus culture in order to make the students firstly receive the nurture of excellent enterprise culture while studying in the campus,secondly better integrate into enterprise culture after graduation,thirdly help the small & medium-sized enterprise that do not attach importance to culture construction to build the enterprise culture and fourthly make greater contributions to the development of enterprises.
