摘要
采用文献资料法,通过分析公办学校中文化的"多元"与"一体",根据体育教育的独特功能,提出"多元一体体育教育"的构想。具体措施包括:改变观念、完善体育教学目标、提高教师素养、构建体现"多元文化"的体育课程、探索灵活的体育教学形式、完善评价体系、开展丰富多样的体育活动等。
With the method of literature, through the analysis of the 'diversity' and 'unity'of the public school culture, this article puts forward the idea of 'sports education of diversity in unity'according to the unique function of physical education. Specific measures include: changing concepts, perfecting the sports teaching goal, improving teachers' qualities and building 'multicultural' physical education curriculum, exploring flexible forms of sports teaching, perfecting the evaluation system and carrying out a variety of sports activities, etc.
