摘要
目的了解基层慢性病防控人员对慢病知识的知晓情况。方法采用调查表对黑龙江省979名基层慢性病防控人员进行调查分析。结果慢性病防控人员的健康知识知晓率为74.4%,高血压知识知晓率为90.5%,糖尿病知识知晓率为74.9%。不同机构、学历、专业、职称、工作年限的慢性病防控人员知识知晓率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论基层慢性病防控人员的健康知识知晓率和糖尿病知识知晓率水平较低。开展有针对性的业务培训、多部门合作,有利于提高基层慢性病防控效果。
Objective To explore the knowledge rate of chronic disease in primacy chronic disease control and prevention staff (PCDCPS). Methods A total of 979 participants completed the survey and questionnaire. Results The knowledge rate of health was 74.4%, the hypertensive knowledge rate was 90.5%, and that of diabetes was 74.9%. There was no significant difference in knowledge rate among PCDCPS with different institute, educational background, specialty, job title, time to hold a post. Conclusion PCDCPS had moderate level of related knowledge rate. Effective measures should be taken to improve the knowledge rate of PCDCPS including increasing the professional training and encouraging cooperation with other institutes. It would strengthen the effect of primary chronic disease prevention and control.
