摘要
目的了解电力企业职工的健康知信行状况,为创建企业健康场所及确定干预方向提供科学依据。方法采用自制调查表对电力职工采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查。调查内容主要为一般情况、健康知识和理念、健康行为。结果职工安全生产健康知识总知晓率为69.01%,一般健康知识总知晓率为74.25%,健康行为总形成率为54.66%。工作场所的粉尘、噪音、电离辐射等健康危险因素依然不容忽视,工作过程的意外事件仍为职工所担心。结论有必要在企业开展健康工作场所的创建,制订健康制度、开展健康活动,在职工中大力普及健康知识、倡导健康的生活方式。
Objective To understand the health KAP status of power enterprise employee,and provide a scientific basis for enterprise health facilities and determine the intervention.Methods By cluster sampling investigation was conducted among the employees in the power structure with a self-designed questionnaire about the general situation,health knowledge,and the health behavior and concept.Results The knowledge rate of production safety and health was 69.01%.The general health knowledge rate was 74.25%.The total health behavior formation rate was 54.66%.Hazardous dust,noise,radiation and other health factors in the workplace should not be neglected;accidents in work process were still the main concern of the staff.Conclusion It is necessary to create a health workplace in the enterprise,establish the health system,and develop health activities,in which health knowledge could be vigorously popularizing among workers and healthy lifestyle be advocated.
