流动儿童家长计划免疫知识健康教育干预效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价对流动儿童家长计划免疫相关知识3种健康教育干预模式效果,分析干预后知识遗忘规律。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,确定1个对照组和3个干预组。干预方式分别为:A组发宣传小册子,B组发宣传小册子和看录像,C组发宣传小册子、看录像、讲座,D组作为对照组采取自然状态进行观察。在干预后1周、1月、2月进行了3次效果评价。结果干预后,3种方法各组知识得分均有显著提高,C组提高明显,但随着时间的推移,均出现得分下降的趋势,并符合艾宾浩斯记忆遗忘曲线先快后慢的规律。结论对流动儿童家长进行多种形式计划免疫相关知识的健康教育,可以提高他们对计划免疫相关知识的知晓率,形成主动接种的观念和行为,在适当的时间进行强化复习有利于知识的巩固。 Objective To evaluate effects of three health education intervention modes in floating children's parents,to analyze knowledge forgetting rules after intervention.Methods By random cluster sampling,1 contrast group and 3 intervention groups were selected.The intervention ways were follows:for group A,publicizing brochures were sent out;for group B,videos were watched with brochures;for group C,lectures were given together with brochures and videos.Three effect evaluation were carried out one week later,one month later,and 2 month later after intervention.Results There was a significant rise in knowledge scores for the three intervention groups after intervention with group C the highest.But knowledge score was likely to low with time,which accorded with the rule of forgetting curve.Conclusion The knowledge rate of immunity planning among floating children's parents could be raised with health education of various forms.They can form the concept and behavior of receiving vaccination.
