摘要 目的了解市民通过网络等新媒体获取健康知识的现状和需求情况,为更好地开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法对市民进行问卷调查和专题小组讨论。结果不同年龄段人群对健康信息的搜集存在着差异,其中20岁以下及40岁以上年龄段人群获取健康知识居第1位的途径是'报刊、电视、广播',20~39岁年龄段人群首位是'上网查询'。结论健康机构应结合不同年龄段人群获取健康知识的方式及需求的差异和特点来进行健康信息的发布,提高健康教育效果。 Objective To learn the status and demand for health knowledge of the public through the Internet and other new media so as to develop more effective health education. Methods The citizens were investigated with questionnaire and topic-focused group discussions were carried out. Results Different age groups collected health information in different ways. Under the 20-year aged group and the group of over 40 years, the first choice to access health knowledge was the traditional media. But the first choice for the group of 20 to 39-year-old was the Internet. Conclusion Health education institutions should make full use of the characteristics and needs of different age groups in getting health knowledge through the new media to disseminate health information, so as to improve the effectiveness of health education.
