摘要
本文通过对部队赴川抗震救灾工作的总结,说明只有以科学的发展观为指导,通过完善的调度机制和优化配置体系才能产生最大化的救灾效益。
This article reviewed experience of army earthquake relief health work and comfirmed that only with the scientific concept as a guide, through the improvement of mechanisms and optimizing the allocation system, it can produce the maximum benefit disaster relief.
