摘要
利用重液沉浮分离方法将一种烟煤分成6个不同密度段的煤样。通过对各密度段的煤样进行工业分析、元素分析和热重分析,研究了煤粉密度对煤质及其燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:随着煤粉密度的增加,挥发分和固定碳的含量逐渐减少,灰分含量逐渐增加;煤中元素C和N的含量也随着密度的增加而逐渐减小;随着密度的增加,煤粉的着火温度、固定碳着火温度降低,煤粉最大燃烧速率和反应放热峰值及其对应的温度降低;中等密度煤粉的燃烧反应性要优于高密度和低密度煤粉。
Six coal samples with different densities were obtained from a bituminous coal by float/sink separation.They were subjected to proximate,ultimate analysis as well as thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of density on coal quality and combustion properties were studied.The results indicated that,with an increase in coal density,the contents of volatile matter and fixed carbon decreased,while that of the ash yield increased.The contents of C and N also decreased when the coal density increased.With the increasing coal density,the ignition temperatures of the coal and fixed carbon decreased gradually,and the maximum combustion rate,the maximum exothermic value as well as their corresponding temperatures also decreased.The results showed that the reactivity of the medium-density coal sample was higher than that of the low-density and heavydensity coal samples.
