摘要
标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)的应用在我国医学教育界方兴未艾,是医学教育改革的趋势。为充分提高卫生资源的开发利用效率,及提高医学生的综合素质,我们在湖南首先使用标准化病人对医学生进行问诊和体格检查训练,开展了医学生最迫切希望得到的临床技能培训,取得一定的教学效果,本文介绍了标准化病人的具体培训方法及其在教学中的应用,以供借鉴。
The application of standardized patient (SP) is the tendency of medical education in China. To improve the using efficiency of healthy resources and the medical students′ comprehensive qualification,we applied stan-dardized patients in diagnostic teaching for the medical students. And good achievements have been made. The spe-cific training methods and application in teaching were summarized in this article.
