摘要
针对大型外浮顶油罐一、二次环形密封空间油气积聚造成的安全问题,提出了一套充氮保护系统。传统的充氮保护系统通过充入氮气降低爆炸性气体的浓度,该系统则是通过充入氮气降低空间中氧气的浓度,达到惰化可燃油气,降低爆炸危险性的目的,同时该系统可应用于外浮顶油罐火灾初期扑救。本文提出了该系统的组成方案,并分析了该系统的适用性。
Forthe large floating roof tanks, there is phenomenon of explosive gas accumulation in the annular space between the first-secondary seal,which may cause some security issues, therefore, a set of nitrogen protection system is proposed. The traditional nitrogen-filled protection system reduces the concentration of explosive gas through the filled of nitrogen. But the new system reduces the concentration of oxygen by filling nitrogen, to inert the flammable gas and reduce the risk of explosion, meanwhile the system can be applied to putoutthe initial fire of floating roof tanks.This paperpresents the composition of the system and analyzes the applicability of the system.
