摘要
通过对旋风除尘器内部流场分布及控制系统研究,设计具有智能控制的新型旋风-布袋复合除尘器。构建了装置硬件并设计控制系统,新型除尘器具有根据其内部气压分布信息实时反馈控制进气量及布袋清灰频率,根据处理烟气颗粒分布不均的特点自动匹配系统参数,同时实现储灰斗的自感应排尘的特点。现场应用表明,该除尘器可有效发挥旋风布袋除尘双重优势,对于10μm以上大颗粒及2μm以下细颗粒均具有良好除尘效果,有效提高了除尘效率和装置智能性,为涉尘企业污染防治和自动化运行提供了技术保障。
A novel intelligent controlled cyclone-bag composite filteris designed by the research of inside flowfield distribution and control system of the cyclone and the equipment hardware is constructed and the control system is designed. The novel filter has the characteristics of controlling the inflow air and bag cleaning frequency based on real-time feedback according to its internal pressure distribution, and of the uneven feature automatically matching system parameters to achieve the characteristics of the self-induced emission of dust storage hopper. The applications show that the filter can effectively play the dual advantages of cyclone bag filter, effective to fine particles for large particles 10μm above and below 2μm. The collection efficiency and device intelligence can be effectively improved, and it can provide technical support for the dust enterprise involving pollution prevention and control and automative running.
