摘要
目的探讨牙髓不同的感染状态对根管治疗期间疼痛的影响。方法选择82例根管治疗病例,每人1颗患牙,分为死髓牙组和活髓牙组。对比根管预备后、根管充填后两组患者的疼痛情况。结果根管预备24 h内,死髓牙疼痛发生率、疼痛程度均高于活髓牙。根管充填后12 h内,死髓牙疼痛程度高于活髓牙。结论根管治疗早期死髓牙疼痛情况高于活髓牙。
Objective To explore the relevant factors of endodontic interappointment pain by the effects of root canal therapy.Methods In total,82 patients with teeth requiring endodontic treatment were divided into non-vital teeth and vital teeth group. The level of pain was compared after root canal preparation and root canal fill. Results Within 24 hours,the incidence of interappointment pain is higher on non-vital teeth than vital teeth after root canal preparation. While within 12 hours,pain intensity of postobstruction pain is higher on non-vital teeth than vital teeth. Conclusion Pain in non-vital teeth has higher occurrence rate than in vital teeth during the early root canal therapy.
