体外冲击波治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 体外冲击波治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效观察。方法 对120例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者随机分成2组:治疗组采用体外冲击波经膀胱精准定位前列腺发病部位,以小骨盆为冲击波路径的治疗方法,使冲击波能量损失减小,发挥最大的生物效益。每周治疗1次,连续治疗4次为1疗程,每次治疗电压选择8~10 kV,冲击次数为1000以内。对照组采用口服中药治疗1个月,评估慢性前列腺炎治疗前后两组临床指标的变化。结果 治疗4周后,采用NIH-CPSI评分办法。发现治疗组前列腺液白细胞计数及尿流率较治疗前有较好改变,明显好于对照组。结论 体外冲击波是治疗慢性前列腺炎行之有效的新方法,无辐射、无毒副作用,近远期疗效显著,恰当选择能量,未见明显的并发症,临床疗效令人满意。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods Choosing120 cases of ⅢB chronic prostatitis patients,and using B- mode ultrasonography for precise positioning of prostate disease and treatment of shock wave path to small pelvis. The shock wave energy loss was reduced,with maximum of benefit. Treatment was done once a week,with four times for a course of treatment. Each treatment voltage was 8- 10kV,with impact times within 1000. The change of clinical indicators before and after the treatment of chronic prostatitis was evaluated. Results After four weeks of treatment,the NZH- CPSI score method is used. It is found that prostatic fluid leu- kocyte count and urinary flow rate have better change than before treatment. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave is a new effective method for the treatment of chronic prostatitis,with no radiation,no toxic side effect,and short and long term curative effect. There is no obvious complication,with satisfactory clinical effects.
