摘要
针对现行装备维修保障存在的保障预见性差、保障效益低的问题,将主动式保障思想引入到装备维修保障领域。提出了主动式保障的系统能力及其目标,以目标为牵引描述了基于主动式保障的装备维修保障系统的功能模型,从功能子系统和控制论2个角度描述了系统的运行过程,提出了加快实现该系统的建议。
Considering the problems of current equipment maintenance support such as poor predictability and low efficiency,the concept of Autonomic Logistics( AL) is introduced to the areas of equipment maintenance support. The system capability and objectives of AL are proposed. The function model of the equipment maintenance support system based on AL is constructed aiming at these capability objectives,and the operation process of the system is described from the perspectives of functional subsystems and cybernetics. Finally,constructive suggestions for quickening implementation of the system are proposed.
