摘要
现代协同论认为,协同有助于整个系统的稳定和有序,能从质和量两方面放大系统的功效,创造演绎出局部所没有的新功能,实现力量增值———这是一种产生了质的飞跃的、扩大了的生产力。显然,这一理论对于复杂的高校突发公共事件管理系统来说,通过协同管理来调动、整合、协同系统中的各方面力量,并产生"1+1>2"的协同管理效应,其重要意义和积极作用显然是不言而喻的。
According to the Modern Synergism,synergism is helpful to the stability and order of the whole system,can enlarge the effect of the system from the qualitative and quantitative sides,creates the new function that the part is lack of,and is available to achieve the new power,which is the big leap and expanded productivity.Obviously,to the complicated management system of public emergency in university,this theory can transfer,integrate,coordinate every part through synergism and produce the effect of synergism that '1+1>2'.The importance and the positive effect of this theory is obvious.
