摘要
高等职业教育是高等教育体系的重要组成部分。目前,高等职业教育的发展得到政府的宏观战略指导和微观的政策支持。然而,高等职业教育的自身生存能力、发展环境与潜力都面临巨大的挑战。在这种机遇与挑战并存的时代背景下,高等职业院校如何实现高等职业教育可持续发展成为每一个高职院校管理者和教师深刻思考的问题。高等职业教育可持续发展应该以人才需求为核心,通过教育观念创新、教育制度创新、教育目标和办学模式创新、人才培养模式创新和教学模式创新等教育创新,实现高等职业教育的可持续发展。
Higher vocational education system is an important component of higher education.At present,the development of higher vocational education is supported by the government's macroand micro-strategic guidance policy.However,higher vocational institutions are facing enormous challenges,such as their own viability,environment and development potential.In the backgrounds of both opportunities and challenges of the times,every manager and teacher of vocational college should face such a profound question,that is,how to achieve sustainable development of the higher vocational institutions.This article holds that the sustainable development of higher vocational institutions need to be contered with human resources,through the concept innovation education,the education system innovation,mode innovation,personnel training mode innovation and teaching mode to achieve sustainable development innovation of higher vocational institutions.
