摘要
本文运用高校毕业生职业价值观问卷即大学生心理调查问卷,对南京师范大学、河海大学2003级大四学生进行调查,通过调查了解到大学毕业生职业价值观的现状。并将研究结果与凌文辁、方俐洛和白利刚20世纪90年代的职业价值观研究相对比,考察近十年来我国大学生职业价值观的变迁及其原因。
This research uses the Work Value Scale to investigate seniors' work value actuality.Besides,it compares the research results with Ling Wenquan et al's,which was done at 20c 90s,for the sake of exploring the changes and their reasons.
