摘要
江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中把“走新型工业化道路 ,大力实施科教兴国战略和可持续发展战略”作为本世纪头二十年我国经济建设和改革的第一条重大措施。为什么要走新型工业化道路 ,新型工业化的实质和内涵是什么 ,如何走新型工业化道路 ,成为理论界和实际部门普遍关心的问题。本文就新型工业化的几个基本问题 :新型工业化的背景、内涵、模式以及几个重要关系进行了论述。
Carrying out the newly-industrialization, implementing the technology-education country booming strategy, andFulfilling the sustainable strategy, are taken as the most important measures for Chinese economic construction and innovation in the first twenty years in the report of the 16thCentral Committee by president Jiang Zemin. Why we choose the way of newly-industrialization, what is the essence and definition of it, and how to fulfillit have become the commonly concerned problems by both the theory and practice departments. The paper focuses on several basic problems of newly-industrialization、the background, essence、 model and several important relations.
