摘要
本文通过对生态文明理念的发展过程、内涵与特征的阐述 ,指出生态文明所强调人与自然之间的和谐共处、协同进化 ,正是实施可持续发展战略的基础 ,最后指出建设生态文明必须转换政府职能、促使社会物质生产生态化、以及对人们的生活方式进行生态价值观的引导等建议 ,对生态、经济、社会的发展具有现实指导意义。
This paper discusses the development,meaning and character of eco-civilization.It holds that Eco-civilization emphasizes the harmony between of man and nature,which is the basis of sustainable development.In the end,it proposes some advice that to construct eco-civilization, the government functions must be chnaged, and the society and material production must be ecologized.
